Am I obligated to do something?
No. After the tip, you don't need to do anything else. We will take care of the contact and will only get in touch with you once — when the commission is earned and we need your IBAN.
When exactly is the commission earned?
As soon as the repair has been completed in our workshop and our team has confirmed your presence. Then the 50 € is firmly reserved for you — even if you provide your IBAN weeks later.
What happens if the person declines the tip?
Then the tip expires after 14 days quietly and you will no longer receive any emails about it. No follow-up, no bad conscience.
Can I recommend multiple people?
Yes, as many as you want. For each completed repair 50 €. We appreciate every recommendation.
What happens to the data of the advertised person?
We use name and phone number only to contact for the repair. No sharing with third parties, no advertising. The person can request deletion at any time.
