With partial coverage including glass breakage protection, the insurance covers the repair or replacement of the Globecar glass – usually minus your deductible. KS Autoglas Zentrum Elmshorn handles the billing directly with the insurer.

Yes – if the chip is smaller than a 2-euro coin, is not in the direct line of sight, and has no cracks extending to the edge of the glass. A repair takes 30 to 60 minutes and is usually without a deductible with partial comprehensive insurance. If the damage later spreads, we will credit the repair costs towards a replacement.
